Website operation
The hosting service may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time in security and access logs. These records are used to operate, secure and diagnose the website.
Bookings
The booking page uses Beds24. Information entered into the booking engine is sent directly to that booking provider and is governed by the information shown during the booking process.
Online reception
When Lena is enabled, messages are processed to answer the request and protect the service from abuse. Do not enter payment-card information, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information into chat. Conversation logging will be limited and should not contain unnecessary guest data.
External services
The current website may load resources from service providers used for booking, fonts, translation or performance. Those services may receive technical request data. The production rebuild will reduce unnecessary third-party resources.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information the hotel holds about you, request correction where appropriate, or contact the hotel about deletion and other applicable data-protection rights. Legal retention duties may still apply to booking and accounting records.
